Living a "Guided" Life

It is true that part of being a Psychic or Medium is communicating with Spirit Guides.  However, the great news is ANYONE can communicate with Spirit Guides and even better we ALL have our own personal Spirit Guides that stand at the ready to be of service to us .  People often say their Spirit Guides don't talk to them but that isn't true.  It is more a matter of knowing how to recognize when they are talking to you.

So how do we establish communication with our Spirit Guides and live a "Guided" life?
  • First of all, pay attention to your dreams.  Before we incarnated, we had a team of Guides that were in place to support us on this Earth journey.  Knowing that we communicate on the spiritual level but become denser and less capable of communicating with spiritual beings once we came to Earth and in fact, forget completely about them, a safety mechanism was built into us to insure constant access --

Green Coffee Bean Weight Loss

Ok, I am always interested in weight loss, who isn't.  And like most people, I try this and that and end up failing miserably.  For the most part I thoroughly believe in managing what you eat and that dirty word exercise.  But even at my best in managing the two, I lose very little and get disheartened and give up.

But then I saw a clip of the Dr. Oz show about the Green Coffee Bean extract.  I love Dr. Oz and I trust him when it comes to natural health methods.  This product captivated me in that it works on the fat in the liver and also the sugar in the blood.  And, an added benefit was that it helps with high cholesterol. Covering all those bases meant it definitely got my attention.  I am signed up and on board for this one, so much so that I am now signed up to market this stuff.  So, as a disclosure, yes, if you click this ad and buy something, I will make a commission, but my most important reason for sharing this is because I know how hard it is to struggle with weight loss so when I find something that really works, I pass on the info.  Be sure to let me know your results.

Blessings, love and light.

New Things Update -- Free 10 Minute Reading for New Subscribers

Here is a little catch up on my goings on lately.  Be sure to read up, there are some things you won't want to miss!

New Blog Design:  Those of you who visit my site regularly will notice my new blog design!  I do admit the picture was taken when I was still coloring my hair.  I promise that I will get an updated photo sporting my silvery locks. I truly am proud to be in the "senior citizen" arena. It was a long and winding road to get here and lots of lessons learned.

Free 10 Minute Reading:  Now, what about that FREE 10 minute reading?  Also as a part of my new blog design, there is a new hot pink form where new subscribers can request a 10 minute reading of their choice -- psychic or akashic records reading.  Fill out the form and send it.  You will then receive a verification email requesting you to confirm your subscription.  Be sure to confirm your subscription so that I will receive your reading request. I wouldn't want you to miss out!

Writing and stuff:  I have been cooking up some new things.  Finally my book that I wrote in 2008 on my paranormal experiences has been released in ebook format! That was exciting.  I have two children's books written.  One has been submitted for illustration.  It will be exciting to see the work of my good friend Rhonda who is an exceptionally talented artist.  And last but not least, my murder mysteries are coming back online for sale.  So, my creative juices have been flowing and going.

Grannying:  But everything is not all work.  I have been enjoying being grandma to my grandson.  As a first time grandmother I have to say, I am biased.  For me, he is the only child that lives and breathes! I think the only other time I felt this way was when I gave birth to his mother.  She was a long time coming and was an only child. Yes indeed, she was spoiled.  But not crippling so.  My daughter has grown up to be a very responsible young woman.

That's it for now.

Blessings, love and light to all!

My New Deck: The Mystic Dreamers Tarot

While researching for my next book, I happened across a YouTube video that featured a very wonderful deck of Tarot cards that I had not seen before.  Unfortunately, the young lady didn't disclose what deck she was using or leave her book on screen long enough for me to readily recognize what she had.  Well, thank goodness for the pause button, right?  Boy was I surprised!  During their editing session, they had flipped the video -- not sure why or whether they even intended to do so.  However, this caused the text on the book to appear backwards.  Throw in a fancy font and it took a bit of study to figure out the title of the book.  I have to say, it was SOOO worth the trouble.  The book was titled "The Dreamer's Journal" and is the companion book to the "Mystic Dreamer Tarot."  These cards are actually very beautiful and include the Rider-Waite symbolism, so they actually are Tarot cards and not an oracle deck.  While I do love oracle decks and am generally drawn to them, because they don't use traditional Tarot symbolism, there is always a learning curve.  With this deck, you can use your existing knowledge of the Rider-Waite Tarot symbolism.

I can't wait for my deck to arrive!

Here are pictures of a few of the cards.

And here are some closeups of a few cards:

BOS Backup -- use Dropbox!

Creating a Book of Shadows (BOS) is a lot of hard work.  Although I do love to do my BOS by hand, I also have a lot of electronic files that I have created.  I can't think of anything more horrific than having a computer crash and losing all my hard work. After having that happen to me once, I was determined to never have that happen to me again.  My solution? Dropbox!  I love this program! I don't know what I would do without it. It works in two wonderful ways.  If you download Dropbox on your computer, it will sync the files in your local Dropbox folder with your online Dropbox account!  How awesome is that?  Also,  I am always only one click away from my files -- no waiting until I get home. If I have internet access, I can get to my files on computer, phone or tablet. SWEET! If you don't have a Dropbox, you are missing out.
